1. About

This website is operated by TOG Tranquil Breaths ("TOG", "we", "us"). By accessing this site, placing an order or creating an account you agree to the following terms.

2. Products & Pricing

Retail prices shown to public users are inclusive of taxes unless stated. Distributor prices are displayed only after distributor login and are exclusive of GST; GST is calculated and added at checkout.

We reserve the right to revise prices, slabs and product specifications without prior notice. Final invoiced price is governed by the price published on the website at the time of order confirmation.

3. Orders

An order is treated as placed only after successful payment (for prepaid) or successful checkout (for COD/distributor). TOG reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, stock unavailability or pricing errors, with full refund.

4. Distributor Accounts

Distributor accounts are created by TOG. Login credentials are personal and must not be shared. TOG may suspend or terminate a distributor account in case of credential abuse, false claims, parallel imports or breach of pricing policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — logos, product names, photography, copy and design — is owned by TOG Tranquil Breaths and protected by Indian intellectual-property law. No content may be copied, modified or used commercially without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

TOG's maximum liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from product use.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Kochi, Kerala.
