Refund Policy

1. When Refunds Apply
Refunds are processed when an eligible return is received and inspected, when an order is cancelled before dispatch, or when a paid order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability.
2. Refund Mode
- Prepaid orders (UPI / card / netbanking): refunded to the original payment source.
- Cash on Delivery: refunded via UPI / bank transfer to an account in the customer's name.
- Distributor orders: adjusted against the next invoice or credited to the registered bank account.
3. Timelines
- Approval: within 2 business days of return inspection
- Bank credit: 5–7 business days after approval
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they move to Shipping stage. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible and the return policy applies.
5. Deductions
Courier / shipping charges and payment gateway fees are non-refundable. If a cancellation is initiated by the customer after dispatch, actual outbound courier charges will be deducted from the refund. Return courier charges (for non-defective returns) are borne by the customer.
