Shipping Policy

1. Coverage

We ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes through reputed logistics partners including Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC and India Post.

2. Processing Time

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days from our Kerala warehouse after payment and applicable courier charges are confirmed. Distributor, bulk and machine orders may take 3–5 business days based on stock availability.

3. Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Non-metro cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote / North-East locations: 7–10 business days

4. Courier Charges

Courier charges are applicable on all orders. We do not offer free delivery.

• Courier charge may vary based on order weight, product type, quantity, delivery location and courier partner.
• The final courier charge will be shown during checkout or confirmed by our team before dispatch.
• Orders are dispatched only after the product amount and applicable courier charges are confirmed / paid.
• For bulk orders, distributor orders, machine orders and outstation deliveries, courier or transport charges are calculated separately and shared with the customer before dispatch.

5. Tracking

You will receive courier tracking details on your registered email/WhatsApp once the order is dispatched. You can also view tracking under My Orders.

6. Delays

TOG is not responsible for courier delays caused by logistics partners, weather, force majeure events, courier strikes, regional restrictions, incorrect delivery addresses or customer unavailability at the time of delivery.
