We collect name, contact number, email, billing and delivery address, GSTIN (for business buyers), order history and payment status. Distributor accounts additionally store company details and pricing slab.

2. How We Use It

• To process orders, invoices and shipments
• To provide customer support and respond to enquiries
• To send order updates over email, SMS or WhatsApp
• To improve our products, catalogue and service

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Limited information (name, address, phone) is shared with logistics partners and payment gateways strictly to fulfil your order. Tax data is shared with authorities as required by law.

4. Storage & Security

Customer data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Access is limited to authorised TOG staff. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes — TOG can never read your password.

5. Your Rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to sales@togscent.com. Deletion requests are honoured subject to mandatory tax/record-keeping obligations.

6. Cookies

We use minimal first-party cookies to maintain your login session, cart and order history. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
