Return Policy

1. Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for the following reasons, reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video:

• Item received damaged or leaking
• Wrong product or variant shipped
• Manufacturing defect in diffuser machines

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used fragrance oil bottles (for hygiene and safety reasons)
• Custom blends, distributor bulk packs and made-to-order items
• Free gifts and promotional samples

3. Process

Raise a return request via WhatsApp +91 9037978715 or email sales@togscent.com with your order ID and supporting media. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup or share a return address within 2 business days.

4. Machine Warranty

TOG aroma diffuser machines carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water ingress, unauthorised servicing or normal wear of consumable parts.

5. Replacement vs Refund

Eligible items are replaced first. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per our Refund Policy.
