2. Sales & Distribution Policy

TOG Scent International does not sell fragrance oils or diffuser machines directly to individual customers.
Our products are exclusively available to authorized distributors, sub-distributors, and approved agents for commercial use and refill services only.
Unauthorized reselling, repackaging, or distribution of TOG fragrance oils or machines without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate legal action.
Any future direct sales will be officially announced on our website and will only be available to pre-approved partners.

3. Import, Export & Product Development

TOG Scent International operates as a global import-export company, distributing high-quality fragrance oils and scent diffusion systems across multiple markets.
TOG does not own a production factory but collaborates with certified Indian manufacturing partners for fragrance oil development and high-quality blending.
Our fragrance oils are developed under proprietary TOG formulations, adhering to French and European perfumery standards for premium scent longevity and diffusion.
Our scent diffuser machines are sourced from China, meeting strict international safety, environmental, and compliance standards to ensure sustainable and efficient performance.

7. Product Certification & Documentation Policy

Terminated distributors must return all pending customer service data to ensure continued business operations under TOG’s authorized network.
